How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!
How can I cancel my subscription?
For subscription account, you may cancel at any time. There are no refunds or pro-rates. To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance of the next scheduled monthly payment by sending an email to:
admin@myoggy.com and make sure to include your account information for canceling the subscription.
